- MAX 2000 US Dollars for 2-3 Senior Sales Engineers of Mining Equipment
- Based in Accra / Tema, Obuasi or Tarkwa and willing to travel (including to our Francophone neighbours)
We are looking to hire 2-3 Senior Sales Engineers (so you MUST have 5-10+ yrs of experience) who are ready to build their career with our Client and be part of their expansion growth in West Africa.
Ideally you are fluent in French – but not a must.
Our Client’s Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
We are looking for Sales Engineer candidates with Sales Experience in the following products:
- Specialized in Material Handling (Conveyor Belts, Conveyor Rollers, Conveyor Accessories (Belt Fasteners, Belt Scrappers, Impact Beds, Belt Trackers, Transfer Point Solutions, etc.)
- Specialized in Mineral Processing Solutions (Valves, Dewatering Pumps, Linatex, Pumps, Flowmeters, Flotation Wear Components, Magnetic Separators, Cyclones, etc.)
- Specialized in Wear Liners (Ball Mill Liners, Screen Panels, Scrubber Liners, SAG Mill Liners, AG Mill Liners, Grinding Media, etc.)
- Heavy Machinery and Crusher Equipment ( Rock Breakers, Mining equipment, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Crusher Wear Parts, Wear Plates, Screening Media, Cast in Carbide Wear Plates, Air Compressors, Air Tools, Crusher Spare Parts, etc.)
Qualifications for the Senior Sales Engineer Candidate:
- Education: BE Mechanical or Diploma from a reputed University. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Experience: 5-10 years with a reputable*** engineering company, / engineering distribution company serving the mining, oil and gas, petrochemical industry.
- 5-10 Years in selling of Industrial and Mining Equipment.
- Mining Sales is ‘home’ for you.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience as a middle level executive in mines within the engineering, metallurgy, and process departments.
- International experience would be an added advantage.
- Preferably Male (NOT a MUST) between 30-45 yrs old.
- Must be willing to travel within Ghana and outside.
- Good Communication skills in English is necessary for this position. Fluency in French is a BIG plus.
- Salary: max 2000 US Dollars. Sales Commission will be provided as per company policy.
- Annual Leave: Paid annual leave for 14 days after completion of probation and training period and after 12 months of service.
- No bonus is applicable.
- Transport – Company provided full maintained car with driver.
