PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEWS ARE HELD ONCE A WEEK, FROM NOW TILL THE 4th of December 2018
If successful we will be provide you with coaching and mentoring by one of their European executives for a few months
The Role.
– Preferably Male – minimum age 25 years
– Business and Marketing background;
– Innovative and strategic thinking;
– Working according to a plan;
– Cooperative on multiple levels;
– Proven results in the past – relevant work experience of at least five years
– Good in communication and negotiation on a management level
– Target/result driven
– Commercial and financial insight
– Is used to work with budgets/targets
– Entrepreneurial skills;
– No 9 to 5 mentality
– Higher consciousness;
– Pro-active;
– Hands on mentality;
– Fluent in business English;
– Is used to report on a high-level system.
This is a hands-on job; either you can do it and have the right personality to work for a Social Entreprise/ NGO or not
What is a MUST? Great team spirit, hard work, right mentality and perfect English. We are I am really looking for someone who is pro active, on time and can be creative with business solutions and looks for opportunities that benefit this NGO
