JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role.

*Position:* Restaurant Supervisor
*Location:* circa 10 locations all over Accra
*Reports To:* Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the restaurant team. The role includes managing staff, handling customer complaints, ensuring food safety, and maximizing efficiency to enhance the restaurant’s performance.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

*1. Staff Supervision & Management*

– Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
– Schedule shifts and assign duties to employees.
– Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
– Ensure staff adhere to health and safety regulations.

*2. Customer Service & Satisfaction*

– Ensure high standards of customer service.
– Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
– Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
– Assist in handling difficult customers and special requests.

*3. Operations & Efficiency*

– Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
– Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manager for restocking.

*4. Financial & Sales Performance*

– Assist in monitoring daily sales and controlling expenses.
– Reduce waste and control food and beverage costs.
– Promote upselling techniques to increase revenue.

*5. Compliance & Safety*

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene standards.
– Implement company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

*6. Team Communication & Reporting*

– Communicate effectively with the team and management.
– Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, staff performance, and issues.
– Assist in conducting staff meetings and training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

— Experience in restaurant supervision a plus
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations -if not learn about it before the interview
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, MS Office)

Working conditions

this is shift work and 6-days a week….

Salary + Benefits

The Target Base Salary for these roles is 1.500-2.000+ net – depending on your experience and qualifications, please.

The transportation allowance is negotiable and is considered on an individual basis

Bonuses will be defined during your interview
