2x Office Business Assistants- m/f
- you will need 1-4 years of Work experience as an administrator/ Business Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing documents
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Coordinating mailshots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Running errands and/or any other office related duties that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- HND is a must / Bachelor’s preferred
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
- Teamworking skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Fundamental negotiation skills
- Assertiveness
- Flexibility
- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
- The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it with authorization
- The ability to use standard software packages or applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Ethical behavior.
- 1-4 years of Work experience as an administrator/ Business Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Working conditions
These are a 5.5-day per week roles- every 2nd Saturday you will be working half a day

SalaryÂ
Target Base Salary for these roles is 2.00-2.500 net (negotiable) – depending on your experience and qualifications please.
