Our client- an owner of various shops in Accra, is looking for a

3-Shop Manager m/f

Prefer someone with experience but not a must…

But you have at least an HND and you are very mature and very sharp.  This is not an office/behind a computer job!!!

You must possess a strong leadership skill!!!

 

The role

This is a manager role of 3 Shop sin Makola within the same vicinity .

You act on behalf of owner when not available ,

You manage all the staff , manage inventory , manage sales

This is a really hands-on retail role!

Prefer someone with shop management experience but not a must- must be very mature and sharp

 

Minimum qualification

Degree and experience in business management or anything related to Accounting or HUMAN RESOURCES.

You are also IT Savvy and you understand Social Media (a must for both of these)

 

Location

The 3 Shops are in Makola very close to each other

Working Days

This is a 6-day a week job from 6:30 am to 5 pm but occasionally you might need to work half days on Saturdays

 

Salary + Benefits

The Target Base Salary for this role is between 4.000-  5.000 net+SSNIT– depending on your experience, education, professional qualifications, etc please.
