An international client is looking for a:

HR & Administrative Manager m/f

to run their West Africa Office.

There is no gender and age requirement

Reporting to:    Headquarters Administrative Director and Country Manager

Number of subordinates: None

Salary range:  USD400~700/Month (could be higher depending on candidates’ comprehensive abilities)

The company produces household and small commercial energy storage batteries and storage systems.

 

Job Responsibilities:

actually we need the administrative manager to coordinate and cooperate with head office and branch office. so this role is required to have good understanding ability, communication ability and could get along well with other colleagues. if the candidates have administrative management working experience, it would be better.

  1. Responsible for handling the daily administrative and human resources management affairs of the West Africa office, assisting the West Africa regional sales team to improve sales performance, and achieve sales performance goals and sales collection goals.
  2. Execute the work instructions of the Headquarters Administrative Director and report to the Headquarters Administrative Director on the daily operations of the West Africa regional sales team;
  3. Responsible for the office support of the office and the storage of company items, and take the lead in solving and answering various administrative and human resources management problems encountered by office personnel in daily work;
  4. Responsible for visits, reception and external liaison work of office personnel;
  5. Responsible for solving various daily life problems encountered by company headquarters personnel while working in the West Africa office;
  6. Supervise the sales team to fill in work reports (daily, weekly and monthly reports) and participate in sales meetings;
  7. Participate in various marketing activities and brand promotion activities of the office;
  8. Responsible for the statistics and reimbursement of administrative expenses for office employees;
  9. Responsible for the sales performance statistics and payment collection statistics of the sales staff in the office;
  10. it is not a must to have HR experience, the role just help us coordinate with headhunter company and call the candidates and arrange the second round interview with head office by video conference, our sales vp in head office will finally decide whether the candidates are suitable or not
  11. also help new employees onboard, send documents to them fill in and then send back

JobRequirements:

  1. College degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of administrative work experience in Ghana, preference will be given to those with team management experience;
  2. Be familiar with the company’s daily administrative affairs, human resources management affairs and the handling of corporate industrial and commercial affairs;
  3. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, and proficient in using computer office software;
  4. Be proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have good communication and problem-solving abilities;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand appropriate work pressure.

 

Working Days

It is a 5-day-a-week job

 

Salary

Salary range:  USD400~700/Month (could be higher depending on candidates’ comprehensive abilities)
