Our Client – a Sports Bar with light food/snacks offerings in Osu, is looking for a

A Sports Bar Manager m/f,

Location: job is a just off Oxford Street in Osu

Age is not important but your ability to do the job is !!!!

We prefer someone who can do cocktails- but if not, we will train you.


This been a new business, if you can push the business on and make it successful then you will be well rewarded on top of your salary. The Client has no problem paying good bonus if you perform for them – they are a great believer in incentive bonus



Hospitality sector management experience is a must – been the manager of this Sports Bar, it also means that:

  • You track all inventoryand keep it updated by ordering in time
  • That includes selecting and purchasing liquor too
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the Bar is well stocked and clean at all times
  • That includes initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with various vendors
  • You keep track of Sales and Customer Behaviour
  • You maintain the operational budget and track all costs daily
  • You oversee the planning of all special events and large reservations.
  • You are accountable for properly managing all stuff and their behaviour toward customers
  • Obviously you should be able to hire, manage, train and discipline your employees
  • You should be able to make cocktails.
  • You should be able to provide input on marketing tasks, including social media and any other form of publicity
  • Can use POS software and other restaurant management apps…


Minimum Qualifications

  • no specific educational requirements but you must be a vivid person, who has the desire to make people happy, hard-working person, not afraid of challenges.
  • prefer someone with experience in the hospitality industry- ideally in a similar position…
  • An HND in Hospitality or Tourism Management or F&B, is most welcome

Working days

This is a 6-day a week job:

—Tuesday to Thursday 4pm to 10pm.

—Friday 4pm to 12pm

—Saturday & Sunday 12pm to 12am.

–Closed Monday


Salary + Benefits

Target Base Salary is 2.000 net – but they are open to 4.000 and would be happy to give healthy bonus if the manager can improve customer numbers off their own initiative. Basically they are happy to pay 4.000 and hefty bonuses, if the manager/ess make a difference and improve sales.

Also, Tips are shared and are NOT touched by the ownership.
