Our Client an international construction firm is looking for a
male HR Manager/ possibly Group HR
Location is Cantonments
This is a 5.5 days a week role; they work from 9 to 2 pm on Saturdays.
The Job
This is a very new role and is defined as we speak- so you must be flexible and not need instructions on what to do
The company is growing, doing acquitions and this possibly make this a Group HRM role
Prefer someone from Construction or Mining but not a must
And they are about to have an Employee Union – so you must know Gahana Labor law by heart
You will need to manage yourself instead of expecting a list of tasks- you are the HRM expert
And….- it is an exciting time as this 600+ employee company is growing!!
Requirements
You have 7+ yrs experience as an HRM Mnager – not assistant
Obviously, you have a University degree
Prefer also a Masters and Professional Certification. too
And, you ideally, you have managed a small team for min 3+ years.
SALARY
- 20.000-30.000 NET
- This is a new role so the benefits are been defined
- Bonus- to be defined
- fuel card and possibly car (to be defined)
- Private medical insurance for uip to 2 kids
