Accounting Data Entry Operator -Ladies preferred

Any HND or Bachelors

Must have experience in Data Entry with QuickBooks or some similar software please – you do NOT need to be an accountant

The Client

They are a 40-year-old international company with 150+ employees -based in Africa.

They are a full ‘lifecycle’ FMCG distributor of FMCG brands, managing and controlling the entire value chain- for example: the FMCG import, supply chain, logistics, distribution, sales, and promotion.

They source and distribute Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) from both the domestic and international markets.

They have been for almost 11+ yrs in Ghana owning their offices, warehouses and other properties.

JOB DESCRIPTION�

This is a full-time role.

Prefer Female (we already have plenty of male applicants) – Age (24 – 32)

University graduate

You will:

•Prepare invoices on Quick Books software.
•Prepare payroll for 15 employees.
•Prepare SSNIT & PAYE .
•Able to work under pressure.
•Someone Respectful & Presentable.
•work on Excel & word.
•Reconciliation with clients.
•file invoices & vouchers.

Minimum Qualifications

— 1+ years of Accounting Data Entry experience and an HND/ Bachelor’s in Business or something similar

—you can manage a team of 4-5 salespersons and you have already done so

For this role, we expect:

—Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

—Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

—Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional team.

—Experience working in a global organization is a plus.

Working conditions

These are mostly a 5-day per week roles

Salary + Benefits

The Target Base Salary for these roles is 2.000- 2.500 net – depending on your experience and qualifications, please.
