Digital Marketing Manager m/f
You will be managing a team of 3 Marketers.
This is an on-site 5.5 days- a-week job -no remote working

-a B2B sales-unit, selling wholesale foods to big restaurants and hotels, beauty products to hairsaloons, etc..

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s online marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and coordinating content across all digital platforms.
The manager will oversee advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, manage website traffic analytics using Google Analytics, and coordinate brand presence on social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
•Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
•Plan quarterly and annual digital marketing campaigns.
•Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.
2. Online Advertising & Campaign Management
•Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
•Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets.
•Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

•Google Ads
•Facebook Ads Manager
•Instagram
•LinkedIn
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
•Improve website ranking and organic traffic through SEO strategies.
•Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
•Optimize website content and landing pages.
Search visibility will be monitored on platforms such as Google Search.
4. Content Marketing
•Plan and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
•Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
•Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
5. Website Management
•Oversee company website performance, functionality, and updates.
•Improve user experience and conversion optimization.
•Coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
6. Social Media Management
•Manage company social media accounts.
•Plan and execute social media campaigns.
•Engage with customers and respond to online inquiries.
Platforms include:
•Instagram
•LinkedIn
7. Email Marketing
•Create targeted email marketing campaigns.
•Build and segment customer email databases.
•Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
8. Data Analytics & Reporting
•Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
•Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
•Use data insights to optimize campaigns.
9. Brand & Online Reputation Management
•Maintain consistent brand identity online.
•Monitor customer feedback and reviews.
•Address online reputation issues.
10. Team & Vendor Management
•Manage digital marketing staff, freelancers, and agencies.
•Coordinate with sales, IT, and operations teams.
•Manage external marketing vendors and platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Digital Marketing Manager will be evaluated based on:
•Website traffic growth
•Lead generation
•Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
•Return on advertising spend (ROAS)
•Conversion rate optimization
•Social media engagement
•Email marketing performance

Minimum Qualifications
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
•Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
Working hours
Normal office hours during the week
On Saturdays, work is from 9am till 2pm
Salary
The target salary is 7 to 8.000 net but the client is willing to go up to 15.000 for exceptional candidates
