Our Client – a dynamic Real Estate Development firm, is looking for a
Facilities Manager m/f
with min 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Real Estate environment
Reporting To:Â Â Head of FM
Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively maintain the communal areas, services, and facilities
-
Effectively manage the FM team and all maintenance teams (e.g. technicians, janitors)
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Organizing and managing maintenance/ repair, installation, and renovation projects
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests or residents
- Â Establish excellent communications with the Resident Associations
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential.
- Find ways to reduce operating costs and conserve energy
- Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs
- Take responsibility for accurate and timely accounting procedures
- Work with the FM Team to drive revenue and increase profit.

Maintain and update all required records and documentation under your jurisdiction.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: HND is a must- prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in real estate, most preferred is Residential developments management experience
- Should have great planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
Salary
The Target Starting Salary is a maximum of 8.000 net- which might be slightly negotiable for stellar candidates
