Briefly, you are responsible for the smooth operations of a computer/video gaming Hall where people come along or in groups to -play a PlayStation game for example….

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role.

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a fair knowledge of the video gaming industry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As a Gaming Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the gaming floor’s daily operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for managing staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve monitoring gaming activities, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the security and integrity of the gaming floor.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of the gaming floor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and supervise gaming floor staff.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure fair play.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the gaming floor.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training and support to gaming floor staff.
  • Prepare and submit reports on gaming floor activities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce gaming floor policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage gaming floor inventory.
  • Conduct regular inspections of gaming equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and disputes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming floor.
  • Monitor and manage gaming floor budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or any other relevant/related fields
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of video games, gaming equipment and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.

Working conditions

These are a 6-day per week role with 1- weekday off

SalaryÂ

Target Base Salary for this role is max 3.000 net (negotiable) – depending on your experience and qualifications please.
