For a niche Herbal and Natural Health Shop in Labadi we are looking for a

Shop Associate/Business Assistant m/f

Ideally, you are 18-35 years old – but not a must. Personality is more important than age,

Must live 1 trotro ride away from the La Beach Road near the Old La Polyclinic

 

The Job

Duties include:

• managing the day to day operations of the shop.
• client intake
• stock taking
• research and keeping up to date with trends in the industry
• you must be ready to learn a lot about herbal staff and very fast
• assisting with the formulation of herbal remedies
• marketing and promoting the company.
• creating social media content-mainly IG and TicToc

 

Requirements

Your gender is irrelevant to us.

We prefer someone with a college degree or equivalent experience. If you simply have an SHS degree, the person must be sharp, proactive, reads, and thinks.

You must be social media savvy.

The position requires a creative thinker.
Most of the shop’s clients are sophisticated, and they usually ask questions about specific ailments and products.

The ideal candidate is single, has no children (but loves children as they offer pediatric services), and he/she is between the ages of 18 to 35.

 

Working Hours

For now: it is 10-7pm Mon – Friday. And Saturday 10-5pm.

When shift work starts, you will be working 7am to 3pm and 12 to 8pm Mon to Fridays. And Saturday 10-5pm.

Shift work will start as more people get hired

 

Salary

1. Starting salaries are:  mav 1500 for SHS graduates and 1800 for HND/Bachelor’s graduates
2. On top of that, you will be getting a 50 cedis weekly allowance
3. Finally, depending on the shop’s profitability, you also get an annual bonus
