For a Client on Spintex- a distribution company for household and food products, we are looking for an:

HR Manager m/f

with a minimum of  6 years of hands-on experience as an HR manager (not just as an HR Assistant/ coordinator/admin)

 

The Role

I. Key Accountabilities
Team Management
ü Organizes and enables the HR team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
ü Provides the HR team with adequate coaching, mentoring and training in order to achieve the desired business results and sustain Organizational Excellence and competitive advantage.
Human Resources Optimization
ü Advises the country manager and other managers on HR related matters by supporting & coaching them to ensure objectives and initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
ü Sets performance targets for HR Team members and assesses individual performance to meet departmental goals.
ü Tracks key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates in order to meet departmental targets and sustain performance.
Talent Acquisition
ü Ensures that all roles have a documented job description as per the standard corporate template and reflecting clearly the job scope, accountability and requirements.
ü Handles the activities of the talent acquisition to make sure they are aligned with the set annual strategy.
ü Oversees the efficiency of the recruitment activities based on the monthly KPI’s to ensure budget compliance and optimal use of resources.
ü Monitors closely the onboarding program to ensure a smooth integration of new joiners and fair assessment of probationary KPIs.
Policies, Procedures and Systems
ü Oversees the implementation of the HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and standardized practices across the organization.
ü Designs and implements local HR policies and procedures in line with corporate strategy.
ü Ensures that all HR Systems are up and running and serving well the processes and employees.
Compensation & Benefits
ü Ensures that the implementation of the job grading methodology is applied in order to maintain a fair practice across the organization.
ü Handles the payroll exercise to ensure payments are executed accurately, on time and as per the local rules and regulations
Performance Appraisal Management
ü Manages the performance appraisal activities to ensure a fair process that drives high performance.
ü Supports the managers on the performance appraisal process in order to make it a positive experience reflecting clear feedback and expectations.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
ü Handles the process of identifying real talents within the organization in order to enroll them in the corporate talent programs.
ü Supports the Head of HR in identifying key positions within the Organization and ensures short and long term successors with relevant development plan.
HR Services, Public Relations and Insurance
ü Liaises with Insurance company or broker to ensure employees are having the right coverage on time with a good service
ü Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in terms of Government relations matters.

Education

Prefer someone with a Masters Degree and/or Professional Certification but not a must

 

Working Days

This is a 5-day-a-week job

 

Salary + Benefits

The Target Salary for this role is around 9.000-  13.000 gross – depending on your experience, education, professional qualifications, etc please.

You will get a performance bonus, transport, medical, e-mobility and other allowances
