A young and dynamic international IT firm is looking for an equally dynamic:
IT Business Development & Sales Lead m/f
for immediate hiring, based in Adabraka in Accra but you are open to travel to other parts of Ghana when needed.
Scope of the Job
You will promote and sell all of the client’s IT products and services to both new and existing clients.
You can work independently with minimal or no supervision: so you will do your homework to find new leads/prospects, visit them, follow up, and convert them to clients
Key Responsibilities
- Both Business Development and Sales of the client’s IT products and services
- Find new leads/prospects/ opportunities, visit them, follow up, and convert them to clients
- Coordinate the strategy to be followed for new opportunities with your Manager
- Both arrange sales meetings with prospects or existing clients and do aftersales follow-ups
- You do Business Presentations -whether remotely or on prospect’s site
- When applicable, you can coordinate the Demonstrations of the client’s products and services
- You have the maturity, experience, and credibility to negotiate sales & contracts with clients
- You will represent the client in Expos, events, client workshops, etc
- You constantly update your knowledge both on client’s products and on industry trends
- Responsible for optimizing both the Sales Process and the Customer Experience.
- Can smoothly resolve all client conflicts and misunderstandings
Qualifications
- Almost a must: either 5-8 years experience in IT Sales and Business Development or convince us that you can do such sales
- You have amazing professional networking skills
- You are up to date with ITÂ technological trends
- A proven and readily verifiable track record of meeting sales targets and applicable KPIs
- You can correctly use and interpret business data for customer buying behavior insights
- SuperStrong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficient in using MS Office modules like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You can also work with GoogleDocs
Salary + Benefits
The target base salary for this role is a maximum of 4.000 -12.000 net – depending on your experience and qualifications.
The commission is negotiable and will be defined during your interview
There is no car allowance at the moment but you will be given a driver- you might be given a car later on
.
