Job Title: Laboratory Sales Officers

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laboratory Sales Officer to join our team in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables to healthcare facilities, research institutions, and industrial laboratories. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth. We will train you for all these

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, research laboratories, universities, and industrial companies.
• Promote and sell laboratory equipment, consumables, and reagents to new and existing customers.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the applications and benefits of the products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the company’s market presence in Ghana.· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote laboratory products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Physician Assistants should also apply.
• Minimumof2 years of experience in laboratory sales, medical sales, or a related field.·But, candidates fresh out of National Service should apply too.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables.
• Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills.· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).·
• A valid driver’s license is a plus- not a must
• Willingness to travel within Ghana.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer customer-oriented solutions.
• Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales tracking.

Working Days

5 days a week

Salary

• Target base salary is 2500 net but willing to go a bit higher depending on your shillset and experience.
• A generous commission is offered – sales involve very expensive equipment.
• Annual KPI-based bonus
• Health plan
