Job Description

 

About the Role:

The Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business-to-government (B2G) engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex calendars, presentations, and daily operations with discretion and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Draft, edit, and prepare professional presentations and business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Assist in strategic communication with government stakeholders and officials
  • Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials for meetings
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and information
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects with minimal supervision

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong B2G (Business to Government) experience is essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • – Strong interpersonal skills and discretion with confidential information

Salary:

USD 500 – 800 net/month depending on experience and language proficiency
