Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Leader to head our Medical Consumables Division. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of government hospital systems, exceptional ownership, and a passion for building high-performing sales organizations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing our account management process and leading a growing team to drive sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Medical Consumables Division
• Develop and implement an effective account management process
• Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government hospitals
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Own sales targets and report performance metrics to senior leadership
• Work cross-functionally with operations and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in or with government hospitals (procurement, medical sales, or n
• Proven track record in sales and customer development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Deep understanding of the healthcare procurement landscape in Ghana
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Salary:

USD 500 – 1000 net/month +Commission depending on experience and language proficiency
