Executive Assistant/ Office Manager m/f
with typing skills and good communication skills/command of English
prefer someone around 22-35 yr sold but not a must
Experience with the Real Estate business is a biiiig plus, but again not a must if you already have 1-2 yrs sales experience.

We are looking for someone who is sharp, picks up things quickly and take initiative. Individuals should speak very well and be confident. Real estate background is not required
JOB SPECIFICATION
Looking for a smart, well-spoken individual to answer phones, respond to client emails and handle the day-to-day administrative work of the company. Individual will work directly with clients and along side management scheduling client meetings and assisting the manager in his/her day-to-day activities. Individual should be very comfortable with face to face contact with clients and possess advanced communication skills.
- Scheduling and managing client meetings and appointments
- Typing
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Attending meetings with senior employees
- Keeping personal records
- Use of basic math to update simple reports and collect company data such as expenses accrued
- Answer phones and collect client request for submission to management
- Respond to client email inquiries in a timely manner providing knowledgeable company feedback
- Organize company data and save accurately in company filing system
- Welcoming incoming guest into the office
- Conduct all tenant / guest communication at companies managed properties
- Checking guest/clients in and out of managed properties
- Supervise all day to day aspects concerned with companies managed properties
- Handle full guest check in, check out and
- Procurement of household items for companies properties
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of an HND required
- At least 1-3 years working experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and moderate computer skills
- Great typing skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients
- Ability to work independently
Location
The Company is based in Osu
Working Days
This is a 5-day a week job but occasionally you might very rarely need to work on Saturdays if there is a special event
Salary + Benefits
The Target Base Salary for this role is between 1.5000-2.500 net– depending on your experience, education, professional qualifications, etc please.
