SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER m/f

 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Compensation: Competitive salary + Bonuses based on projects

Our client is a full-service production agency dedicated to creating engaging and visually stunning content for our clients. We specialize in photos, videos, animations, graphics, social media management, and commissioned projects like documentaries, short films, commercials, and music videos. Our team is passionate about storytelling and dedicated to producing high-quality, memorable content for a wide range of clients.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee all social media accounts, from our in-house platforms to each of our clients’ profiles. This role will require content scheduling, strategic planning, and content- coordination to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.

The Social Media Manager will also handle monthly reporting and data analysis to guide strategy, offering insights on engagement, reach, and growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, data-driven, and able to develop creative strategies to enhance brand presence across various social platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Account Management:Oversee all in-house and client social media accounts, ensuring each profile aligns with brand goals and objectives. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as any client-specific channels.
  • Content Scheduling & Coordination:Develop and manage a content calendar for all accounts, coordinating with the creative team to ensure that content is produced on time and aligns with posting schedules.
  • Content Strategy & Planning:Implement strategies for each account to maximize engagement, reach, and follower growth. Adapt strategies as needed based on social media trends, platform updates, and client goals.
  • Monthly Reporting & Data Analysis:Prepare monthly reports detailing account performance, including engagement, follower growth, reach, and conversions. Use insights to refine social media strategies and advise clients on best practices.
  • Engagement & Community Management:Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community across each social media platform.
  • Performance Optimization:Test new approaches (e.g., posting times, content formats) and adjust based on what performs best. Ensure each account is optimized to maximize audience impact.
  • Trend & Platform Research:Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure we are leveraging the latest social media strategies.
  • Client Communication:Act as a liaison with clients, ensuring alignment on goals, feedback, and strategy implementation. Provide regular updates and insights on social media progress and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of managing multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong skills in content scheduling, coordination, and cross-team communication.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
