An international client is looking for a:

Head of Sales, West Africa m/f

There is no gender and no age requirement (but slightly prefer candidate age: 30-43 years old)

Department:    Overseas Sales Department.

Reported to:    Sales Director

Number of subordinates: 3-4 people

Salary range: Base Salary:USD1500~3000/month + sales commission

The company produces household and small commercial energy storage batteries and storage systems.

For this job, you must have 3+ years of experience managing a sales team selling batteries, energy storage systems/solutions, solar energy systems,inverters, lithium batteries, photovoltaic panels,or something similar.Â

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the sales of the company’s energy storage products in the West African region, leading the team to achieve sales performance goals and sales collection targets.
  2. Responsible for team building and daily management of marketing and after-sales service teams within the region;
  3. Lead the team to continuously expand the sales channels of products and assist dealers in increasing product sales;
  4. Fill out work logs, weekly and monthly reports, attend sales meetings, discuss and solve various problems encountered during the sales process
  5. Communicate and contact dealers, grasp the sales status of their products, and solve problems responded by dealers;
  6. Participate in the formulation of monthly sales targets and work plans for the West African region, and lead the sales team to complete the work plan and achieve the work goals;
  7. Collect and organize market information on household energy storage products in West Africa, analyze various market data feedback from distributors, understand market development trends and demand changes, and submit market analysis reports to the company headquarters;
  8. Support and assist dealers in organizing market activities, promoting the market sales of company products, and enhancing the brand awareness of the company;
  9. Communicate and contact after-sales technical personnel and product development technical teams, optimize company products, and enhance product market competitiveness.

JobRequirements:

  1. College degree or above, with over 8 years of work experience, including over 5 years of work experience in Ghana and over 3 years of experience in managing energy storage product sales teams;’
  2. You should have experience in managing team selling energy storage systems or solutions <—please, do not apply without such experience.
  3. Have excellent sales performance in the past 3 years of work;
  4. Familiar with lithium battery energy storage products (such as lithium battery packs, energy storage inverters, and lithium battery energy storage systems), with a good understanding of the performance, technical parameters, and usage scenarios of lithium batteries;
  5. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, proficient in using computer office software;
  6. Proactive, enthusiastic in sales work, self driven, with good communication and problem-solving skills, and good negotiation skills;
  7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand appropriate work pressure.

Working Days

It is a 5-day-a-week job

 

Salary

Salary range:  USD1500-3000/Month + commission
