Our Client, is looking for a

female Admin Assistant/ Secretary

-ideally 22-32 yrs old

Working Hours: Monday – Friday : 800 am – 5:00 pm

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Undertake occasional receptive duties.
  • Typing workplace correspondence.
  • Type letters, memos and reports.
  • Customer service
  • Responding to emails
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • HND or higher – ideally in a business subject
  • Proven experience in office administration or as a business /admin assistant
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and remain adaptable to changing priorities.

 

Salary

  • Competitive salary: 2.000-3.000 depending on experience and education
