A Client in the Tema Heavy Industrial Area, is looking for a

Executive/ Personal Assistant m/f for the MD

must live in Tema or willing to relocate

 

Must have

  1. A strong leadership personality and genuine business acumen
  2. HND or Bachelor’s in any Business Administration subject or English Language (not literature)
  3. Can type min 60 wpm- prefer more than 80 wpm with no mistakes
  4. You can express yourself correctly and properly in fluent English- written too
  5. At least 4+ yrs of experience in a PA/EA or similar role
  6. You are fluent in Word & PowerPoint, and ideally in Excel too
  7. Ideally, not a must, you have work experience/exposure in the manufacturing industry
  8. A big plus: French is another welcome plus…

 

Purpose of the Job

  1. to fully support the MD
  2. To replace him when needed in meetings, give presentations, etc…

 

Key Responsibilities/ The Role

 

  • Can take dictation and type really fast
  • Can write from scratch simple letters on your own, so the MD has only to sign them
  • Can optimally archive files- physical and electronic,  so they can be retrieved instantly
  • Can create presentations from scratch – ‘spicy’ ones and not put the audience to sleep
  • Can keep meeting minutes, notes, and create agendas for next meetings
  • Can organize and manage the smooth flow of all sorts of meetings for the MD
  • Can support the MD with all sorts of document creation.
  • You represent the MD in meetings – even with clients, when he needs to be abscent
  • In short, you are the right hand of the MD…

Location

The Company is based in Tema Heavy Industrial Area

Working Days

This is a 5-day a week job but occasionally you might need to work half days on Saturdays

 

Salary + Benefits

The Target Salary for this role is around 4..000 net – depending on your experience, education, professional qualifications, etc please.
