A private international client is seeking a highly intelligent, discreet, and exceptionally motivated

Personal Estate Coordinator/Manager- female

to manage his affairs and property in the Yendi area.

We got too many male applicants, so now we want to balance the application pool with female ones

•Fluent in both Dagbani and English (written and spoken).

 

The Role

This is a unique, long-term position of immense trust and responsibility, requiring a candidate who can operate with complete autonomy while embodying the highest standards of loyalty and service. The role offers a life-changing compensation package and the opportunity for significant professional growth as the client’s local interests expand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estate & Property Management:
•Serve as the client’s sole representative and on-site point of contact for all matters related to his private property.
•Oversee the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standard.
•Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers, managing schedules and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
2. Administrative & Personal Assistance:
•Manage all local administrative tasks, including running errands, handling correspondence, and managing communications on the client’s behalf.
•Act as a cultural and logistical liaison, assisting the client during his bi-annual visits to ensure all arrangements are seamless and stress-free.
•Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.
•You will be doing lots of photo sessions with the churches we support when handing out the money we send over every month. We support over 30 churches around Yendi and Saboba.
3. Proactive Problem-Solving:
•Anticipate the client’s needs and address potential issues before they arise, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
•Manage a budget for household expenses, maintaining meticulous records and exercising fiscal responsibility.

Candidate Profile:

Age: preferred 21–23 years old.
Someone with no kids or husband yet as this job will be fairly demanding. If they don’t have any ties yet, they will hopefully focus more on the work.
Education: Minimum of a Secondary School certificate (WASSCE). Some tertiary education is an advantage.

Skills:

•Fluent in both Dagbani and English (written and spoken).
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
•Proficient with a smartphone and comfortable with technology for communication and basic administrative tasks.

•Unquestionable Integrity: The candidate must possess a powerful moral compass and an innate understanding of discretion.
•High Adaptability: Must be able to seamlessly switch between an autonomous, management-focused role and a highly supportive, service-oriented role during the client’s visits.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a premier position with a compensation package designed to attract and retain an exceptional candidate.
•Salary: 4,000 GHS per month (net).
•Tools: A company smartphone will be provided for all work-related communication.
•Expenses: All work-related travel and local transport expenses will be fully reimbursed.
•Future Growth: This role has the potential for significant growth, including eventual residency in a newly constructed home on the property, as the client’s local ventures develop.
