3 IT Sales & Support Officers m/f
Job Summary
The Software Sales and Support Officer is responsible for selling the company’s software products, onboarding new clients, supporting existing users, resolving customer issues, and ensuring clients understand and use the system effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on new sales leads.
- Demonstrate software features to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and subscription packages.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through system setup.
- Train users on how to use the software.
- Provide first-level support by phone, WhatsApp, email, or remote access.
- Log client issues and follow up until resolved.
- Escalate technical issues to the development team.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Follow up on renewals, subscriptions, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare weekly sales and support reports.
- Collect client feedback for product improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good understanding of software applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Knowledge of ERP, POS, or business software is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in software sales, IT support, customer service, or business development.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and IT skills may also apply.
Salary
- Between Ghc 2,500 And Ghc3000 net
- bonus

- Monday to Friday
- Time 8:30 to 5:00
