General Manager m/f

This is a large hotel with circa 200 rooms and 10 conference areas.

Job expectations

• Achieve and maintain 70% monthly occupancy.
• Grow occupancy revenue by at least 25% annually
• Grow F&B profit margins of 25% +.
• Implement KPI – driven staff performance systems.
• Maintain guest satisfaction above 4.3( google, booking.com, Trip advisor, 3and others.
• 30% Gross operating profit ( GOP) Expecting.

The GM has experience and a proven record of achieving such targets

Reports

Report/ briefing to the CEO daily.
Report weekly and monthly reports on all departments.

Working Days

6 days a week
