Our Client- a boutique small Apartment-Hotel, is urgently looking for a

Front Desk Accountant / Bookkeeper m/f

This role is a combination of a junior Accountant/ Bookkeeper and a Front Desk Administrator

Location: Near Dzorwulu

Working days: 6-days a week with free lunch possibilities

 

The Job

We are in need of capable junior Accountant/ Bookkeeper who can also perform admin tasks that you will be trained for (e.g. booking/accepting reservations, resolving customer issues when needed, and manage accounts).

The main job description is  – you will be:

  • Keeping all accounting records correct and updated
  • understanding and handling all tax payments (income, VAT, etc.)
  • Ideally- you can manage payroll and SSNIT payments
  • ensuring quality service,
  • creating a positive guest experience
  • managing Accounts, Guest bookings and reservations (will train)
  • collaborating with room attendance to make sure rooms are always clean, if needed

This is a boutique 15 units apartment hotel,,, so you will not be overwhelmed with guest arrivals and departures… so there is plenty of time i the day to perform your accounting / bookkeeping stuff and also do some of the Front Desk administrator tasks

 

Requirements.

  • You must be a degree holder in any relevant subject – but prefer one in accounting or bookkeeping  (no IT or aviation degrees)
  • Any other business degree is acceptable, if you are almost ICAG Level-2
  • Must be computer literate
  • You have superb manners and hygiene
  • You love to make people welcome and go out of your way to make sure that they have an aaaamazing customer experience while staying there…
  • Prefer someone m/f,  about 25-40 but this is NOT a must.

 

Salary

The Salary is 1.500-2.500 cedis net, depending on your experience

For stellar candidates with strong hotel accounting experience management, salary can go higher pls

There is possibility for free lunch offered.
