Our Client- a boutique Apartment-Hotel, is urgently looking for a

PROFESSIONAL HOTELIER m/f

This is a combination of Hotelier, Customer Experience and Reservations Executive roles

Location: Near Dzorwulu

Working days: 6-days a week with free lunch

 

The Job

We are in need of a professional hotelier with customer service experience and a computer literate.
The main job description is  – you will be:

  • maintaining the property, (not fixing things yourself)
  • ensuring quality service,
  • creating a positive guest experience
  • managing Accounts, Guest bookings and reservations
  • collaborating with room attendance to make sure rooms are always clean

 

Requirements.

  • You must be a degree holder in a relevant subject – but prefer one in hotel management or hospitality  or tourism or general business (no IT or aviation degrees)
  • Must be computer literate
  • You have superb manners and hygiene
  • Prefer someone m/f 25-40 but this is NOT a must.

 

Salary

The Salary is 2.000-3.000 cedis net, depending on your experience

For stellar candidates with strong facilities and customer experience management it can go higher pls

Even salaries for expat are negotiable

There is free lunch offered.
