Our client a Medical Diagnostic Center/ Healthcare firm is looking for a
preferably female HR MANAGER –
(PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS FOCUS)
Client: Sonotech Medical & Diagnostic Center (Healthcare Group–Ghana)
Location: Osu, Accra (with oversight across multiple branches)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Human Resource Manager with a strong bias toward performance management, accountability systems, and operational execution.
This is not a purely administrative HR role. The successful candidate will be responsible fo driving staff productivity, enforcing standards, and improving workforce efficiency across a growing healthcare group.
Key Mandate (Critical Outcomes)
The HR Manager will be expected to deliver the following within the first 3–6 months:
- Establish and enforce a robust performance management system (KPIs, appraisals, tracking)
- Strengthen staff discipline, accountability, and reporting structures· Improve recruitment quality and reduce poor hiring decisions
- Manage underperforming and ageing workforce issues decisively· Lead structured staff exits, replacements, and transitions
- Standardize HR processes across all branches
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent quality control
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution· Develop and enforce HR policies and operational procedure
- Provide management with clear HR metrics and performance reports·
- Drive a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and accountability
Candidate Profile (Strict Requirements)
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
- Have 5+years HR experience, with at least 2–3years in a managerial or lead role· Have worked in structured environments (e.g., banks, telecoms, large hospitals, multinationals)
- Demonstrate strong experience in:
o Performance management systems
o Staff discipline and workforce restructuring
o Recruitment and talent evaluation
- Are firm, objective,and results-driven (not overly administrative or passive)· Can operate independently and enforce standards without constant supervision
Exclusions(Important)
Please do NOT submit an application if you are primarily:
- An Administrative HR officer (payroll/leave-focused only)
- Lacking experience in performance management or staff accountability·
- Unable to handle difficult personnel decisions (discipline/exits)

- NetSalary: GHS 7,000/month
- Additional Allowance: GHS 1,400/month
- Total Package: GHS 8,400/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
